Emergence of Doublechin
Doublechin first arrived in the world of NationStates in July of 2005. After several failed attempts at reaching personal glory he faded into obscurity for two years. In July of 2007, he returned with a vengeance. He founded Elsewhere, which he rules with grace. Shortly after creating Elsewhere, he quickly stumbled across another veteran of NationStates, San Cannabis. Quickly these two, began to slowly build Elsewhere into the heavens.
The Moon Menace
Little about his personal motives is clear. The only personal ambition known is that Doublechin does not want to die unknown. To that end, Doublechin tried to laser his name onto the face of The Moon. After a few setbacks his goals remained just slightly out of reach. What else he has planned remains a mystery; however, He still harbors ill intent towards The Moon
The Man with the Double Chin
For dramatic reasons, Doublechin chooses to be very discrete about his personal life. His height and weight is estimated to be 86 kg, 173 cm. Thus slightly overweight with a double chin. He does have a general disdain for humanity and an overwhelming lack of trust. He is also charismatic and charming at times, but most view him as arrogant and self absorbed. He considers himself an Extraordinary Villain, one step higher than the so-called Super Villain
