Welcome! Dragon Alliance is a rising region aimed at being a world influence while maintaining international peace and order, and have great security. We welcome any nations to join regardless of political preferences or policies.

Dragon Alliance Constitution

Preamble We, the Humble Members of the beautiful region of the Dragon Alliance, do hereby draft and propose this Constitution, to take effect on all member regions and to more securely protect the freedoms and liberties of the member nations.

Article I - The Dragon Alliance regional government shall be composed of two houses; namely a legislative High Cabinet and a judicial High Court system. The houses are further divided into the Smaller Cabinets and Smaller Courts, should the need arise.

Section IA – High Cabinet Positions in the High Cabinet will be determined by elections voted upon by the member nations of the Dragon Alliance, under the direction of the Region Founder, the current UN Delegate, and/or the current Prime Minister. The following are elected Cabinet positions:
Prime Minister
Deputy Prime Minister
Asst. UN Delegate
Minister of Trade and Economy
Minister of Public Affairs and Social Welfare
Minister of Foreign Affairs and Recruitment
Minister of Health and Environmental Issues
Minister of Internal Affairs and Transportation
Cabinet Speaker
Positions in the High Cabinet may organize provincial Smaller Cabinets within their realm of control should the need arise (i.e. Minister of Finances may organize Smaller Cabinets related to finances and may appoint members to those Cabinets). They may also be removed from office by either resignation or an impeachment election. The Region Founder and the current UN Delegate are considered a part of the High Cabinet. The Region Founder is exempt from impeachment and is not elected.

Section IB – High Court The current Prime Minister and the High Cabinet will appoint positions in the High Court. Positions are:
High Court Justices (3) Court Stenographer Regional Prosecution Attorney
The High Court Justices may appoint further members to the High Court, and may organize provincial Smaller Courts, should the need arise for such action. The High Court is ONLY for prosecuting nations. Cases may be civil or criminal. Any nation attempting to prosecute parties aside from other nations, such as individuals and companies, shall be prosecuted. Those appointed to these positions may be removed from office by either resignation or a letter of dismissal drafted by the current Prime Minister.

Article II The Dragon Alliance regional military shall be composed of a single Military Cabinet composed of different military departments. The current Prime Minister and the High Cabinet will appoint positions in the Military Cabinet. Positions (and their term lengths) are:
Military General Defense General Minister of Espionage and Intelligence
The Military General and the Defense General may appoint further members to the Military Cabinet should the need arise for such action. Those appointed to these positions may be removed from office by either resignation or a letter of dismissal drafted by the current Prime Minister.

Article III The Dragon Alliance may recruit member nations regardless of political preferences or policies. However, should the need arise, the Founder, the UN Delegate and the Prime Minister may allow certain security measures to be implemented regarding who may join the Region, which include, but are not limited to:
- setting a Regional Password to join the Region; - periodically telegramming nations who are suspect of suspicious behavior; - ejecting/banning any nation not willing to comply with security policies.

Article IV Should there be any amendments desired, or any change to the current state of the Constitution, member nations may propose an amendment to the High Cabinet. Amendments will be passed according to an election amongst all member nations.

This Constitution should take affect immediately upon a majority 2/3 ratification. Drafted on this day, December the Eighth, two thousand six.
