Dumond Kark was born on February 1st, 1956 in Temple Grove, Popeleoma Del Signe. He served on the Temple Grove bar from 1978 to 1984. In 1985, he won a seat in the Duma and in 1992, the last known resurgence of Union power elected him as speaker for two full terms. After being ousted, he served again as a representative and later was offered a position on King Sven XI's Personal Cabinet which is entirely different from the King's Cabinet.
