Whenever any nation wishes to discuss matters of military with Undal, they meet Eduard Wirths. Speaking with a mild Germanic accent, Wirths isn't cold or hard, per se. He does, however, speak on difficult or unsettling topics, such as macro-scale death tolls and biological weaponry, with a disturbingly casual air. While he readily spends time discussing how small Undal's military is and how it isn't much good for anything but national defense, he never consents to giving information on the country's military ability or statistics, even to Undal's closest allies.
