Elias Aerospace

The Elias Aerospace Corporation is one of the largest businesses in 'United Elias' and was formed under the name Elias Aeronautics Corporation in the 1950s. Originally license buidling Soviet aircraft it began to design its own types during the 1980s, when several indigenous combat aircraft went into service with the Elias Air Force. Since then, it has earned a reputation for ingenuity, reliability and its products have been some of the best selling in the NS world. For example, the EA-24 is probably the most popular helicopter with thousands being produced for hundreds of nations, and the EA-80 transport plane also being a worldwide bestseller in its field. More recently, the EA-220 Joint Tactical Bomber and EA-135 Joint Tactical Fighter are testament to EA's continued pursuit of advanced stealthy designs.

Elias Aerospace also is part of the landscape of Elias politics and economics, as it has a vast number of employees, facilities, countless subsidiaries and suppliers not to mention shareholders. This means that the government has a duty to provide it with contracts and to help actively market its products abroad, a strategy which has so far been extremely succesful.
