Elmo (formerly known as Elmo Edea), was by far East Spaam's best and most famous player. Known for his bright red hair (which he insisted was natural, though this claim was doubted by most), and his almost godmod-like style of scoring, he was famous in all of Spaam, and most of the world. Playing for seven World Cup seasons, an international career spanning almost thirty years, he played a total of 111 first-grade games for East Spaam, and scored a massive 139 goals. He led the team, as captain, to three World Cups - World Cup 9, World Cup 11, and World Cup 12 - but did not play in World Cup IX due to Spaamgate. His birth and age was unknown, and after the unification of Spaam and East Spaam, disappeared from public sight.
