Étoile Arcture is a massive, economically powerful nation located on the Tropic of Capricorn on the west coast of Africa. It is a former French and British colony that gained its iindependence in 1949 and now belongs to the group of Nova nations. The nation is named after it's highest mountain peak, St. Étoile Arcture ("Saint of The Rising Star of Arcturus").
