The Eugenian Federation of Workers is the anarcho-syndicalist labor organization that united the Eugenian working class in its struggle to liberate Eugenia from the colonial yoke and capitalist oppression. Today it serves as the means of communication and cooperation between the self-managing industries and worker's collectives of The Federated Anarchist Communes of Free Outer Eugenia. The EFW functions on the principles of direct democracy, bottom-up rule and anarchist federalism.
