Hello, my name is Eugene. I am the Anarchist bastard behind Free Outer Eugenia. I've gotten back into NS lately and have discovered this here wiki. I'm not particularly into combat RP. I much prefer character-based and political role play. I have always played FOE with a population well under it's NS numbers and have recently decided to set it at exactly 1/100 of it's NS levels.
