Exniner

History

Exniner appeared after one of the many wars at the Foundation of the Salmant as a nation. He quickly rose to prominence when it became noticed that his was the voice of reason, the voice of progress. Soon, he was elected as an adviser to the High Council, a position making him the single most important and powerful man in the nation. Over a period of thirty years he changed the nation drastically, outlawing the practices of polytheist and unifying the nation under the god Tamont, the god of All. Soon he usurped the council, setting the Death Cult, Caer Corruptus as his Intelligence organization, but also as his secret police. His motives are unknown, and as he appears the same to all who have seen him throughout his reign many believe there is something unnatural, perhaps supernatural, about him.

Abilities

Exniner is a Master Fencer, as well as being extremely well practiced at hand to hand combat, as well as most close quarters weapons.

He is also rumored to be a sorcerer or something of that nature, however those rumors are unsubstantiated.
