The Federal Nuclear Regulation Commission is a independent agency in the Government of the Revolutionary Republic of Wazistan that is responsible for regulating all of Wazistan's Nuclear matters. The Commission powers were increased by President Muhammud al-Bara in 1999 to give the panel more authority over the Country's Program to Dispose of the Country's Nuclear Waste that was leftover from the Regime of King Zahir.

The Commission made up of 17 members, all appointed by the President on the recomendation of the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister then designates a Chairman and Vice Chairman from the 17 Commissioners.

The Energy Ministry has acknowledge it does have the documents, but refuses to turnover all them to the Commission. The Commission has requested Parliament to grant it the power to subpoena the Ministry to force it to handover them documents.
