The First Pantocratorian Crusade was the first major attempt by the Knights of the Order of the Pantocrator to recover their ancestral home of Constantinople. It was launched on the 29th of May, 1553, the one hundredth anniversary of the fall of the ancient capital, and consisted of some three thousand crusading knights - almost the entire Order. The Crusade was lost at sea and never heard from again.
