Frances Ansatz is known outside of Undal's borders for her invention: the Active Circulatory Filtration System. Whenever another nation seeks the use of the device, she is the one to bring it to their lands and operate it; she is also the one who explain how it works to foreign scientists.
She is kind and outgoing, an overall pleasant person to be around. Still, she is first and foremost a government agent; she refuses to discuss her personal life, Undal's operations, or the specifications for building a ACF system. So far, the ACF has been used twice outside Undal's borders (both in Wyvern Falls) and she ran it both times. Wyvern Falls and Undal have been discussing hiring one of the devices full time for their hospital system; if that happens, Dr. Anstaz will probably go with it.
