Global Defense Intelligence Summit
A dummy defender organization set up by Halcones and Lisvania of the Black Hawks Intelligence Agency to lure and spy on major defender groups (as well as invaders) throughout NS under the puppet nation Zarvon. It would later be shut down by RED Seven and Stratfor after dicovering that it was in fact Halcones running the operation.
