Global Regions Alliance of National Defenders

The purpose of this is to unite all regions in defense, and to unite all Defender regions and Defense Alliances.
Ideally, I would like to UN nations from each member of GRAND agree to defend when Defense is needed throughout the world. Some major negotiations need to begin to get this off the gound though.
So every region involved is a member of GRAND, every UN nation involved whos nation is in GRAND is called Brotherhood Alliance of Regional Defense or BARD nation.
Hopefully there will be one central headquarters (a forum) where command is given to every BARD on where to defend, and who to endorse. GRAND would prevent the current problems of defender regions (ie overkill in some regions and not enough defenders in others). GRAND would be completely democratic, in that every ranking member of the Headquarters would be elected. With GRAND, more defender nations would work together, allowing for the members of the Headquarters the opportunity to stay and direct, rather than participate. (kind of like how the president calls all the actions of his military without ever actually fighting.)
