The Gentec Volunteer Militia is a force of Human soldiers used by the nation as a combination of a police force, and national guard.
Paramilitary, and highly trained in peacekeeping and mediating roles and also form the closest thing to a standard military structure with tight rank structures and chains of command. The Militia answer to the Human Council and only have authority in Human matters, they have no power to detain or even question Lumina without express permission from the Luminate Council.
The Militia are in no way the equals of the elite Gentec Marines, and nowhere near as well equipped. They use an intermediate Militia-Grade Bio-armour suit, and standard issue firearms similar to those of the marines. In times of war they would most likely serve as holding forces and support troops, and would be highly unlikely to see front-line action.
