Governemnt of the Skankin Penguins
The government is set up to balance the 4 branches of government. Every citizen is a part of the government, and is either in one branch or the other. The branches are set up for true democracy and equal rights for everyone.

Four Branches
Confuto Villa (Senate)
The senate is equal to the US's congress. There are 7 penguins elected from the 7 provinces which go to create laws and vote on them to get passed. The Confuto Villers are in office for 2 years
Magnus Guy (The Big Guy)
The Magnus Guy, currently Dude McFarllen, is elected for life, but can be kicked out at any time. The Magnus Guy approves laws from the Confuto Villa and he/she is in charge of the military and taxes.
Proprius Dudes (Special Dudes)
Proprius Dudes are basically the Magnus Guy's "presidential cabitnet". Each person has their own specialty with a cabinet below them to aid in their research. Their jobs are to find out the facts and oppinion on each issue related to their specialty and give pro and cons to it (Representing every side of the issue) to the Magnus Guy. Then they approve of the legistlation themselves once the Magnus Guy has signed it. Proprius Dudes are assigned by the Magnus Guy and are in office for as long as he is in office

Populus (the people)
The Populus gets the final vote in any new bill. A majority vote is needed. Voting age is 17 for humans and 2 for penguins.
Vetoition
In any law one branch may "veto" the decision of another branch by 2/3 vote. The law then goes through the prosses again. A give high government officials free shoes at nike stores has been going through the branches for 14 years now, but continually shut down by the populas who is on nikes side..
Political Parties
To keep everyone in the government in good relations- there is a every other monthly government party on the 8th so other politicians can just relax and unwind with their felow politician.
