This is a summary of the Kedalfaxian government.

Major Political Parties
Pre-reorganization
The political parties were reorganized in 1900. These parties no longer exist.
Republic
The Republic party was a political party that believed that states should have power. The party believed in a smaller national government, and in more indevidual rights.
Union
The Union party was a political party that believed that the national government should have power. The party believed in a bigger national government, and in fewer personal rights, in the intrest of moral decency.
Post-reorganization
Socialist
The Socialist Party believes in more rights for the people, with more restrictions on the rights of companies. The party also supports social aids.
Conservative
The Conservative Party believs in more moral decency laws. The party usually supports mild regulation of buisiness.
Economy
The Economy Party believes in less regulation of buisiness. It generally supports more indevidual rights.
National Holidays
On these days, all government offices (except law enfocement and fire departments) are shut down, and all people working on salary must be paid "time and a half"(e.g. $10/hr=$10+$10/2=$15/hr) and people working on commission must be paid commission+1/3.
