Governor(Kiravian Empire)

A Governor in the Kiravian Empire, is an official charged with administration of a province. They have differing responsibilities and duties, depending on wheather they govern a colony, territory, conquerate, or tributary. They must reside in, and have some native or colonial connection to their area, the exception being an uninhabited area. They are an official of the Empire as a whole, and are responsible for applying Imperial rulings to their territory.
