The Grand Vizier of the East Pacific is the cheif of the EP UN Delegate's cabinet in the Confederated Government. Originally created to serve as the cheif administrator and recordkeeper of the government, the position quickly grew to become the succesor of the UN Delegate, and the cheif of cabinet.
The first Grand Vizier was Free Pacific States, the second and current Grand Vizier is former Delegate 1 Infinite Loop.
