Gruenberg State Highways Authority. Founded The 724th Year, under provision of The Transport Development Act. Private sector-state joint partnership. Oversees repair of roads. Funded by toll receipts.

Gruenberg Ship Agents' Association. Regulatory branch of the Department of the Merchant Navy for issuing of operational licenses and safety training of crew members.

Gruenberg Shipping Agency. Regulatory branch of the Department of the Merchant Navy for licensing, control and inspection of all state-registered vessels.

Gruenberg Terminal Control Agency. Regulatory branch of the Department of the Merchant Navy for regulation of port operational safety and security, and inspection and licensing of dock facilities.
