Not updated to show Perkulator, Perkulator is situated South of Valanim on an island that used to be named Tintällë, that was taken over according to the
Region Treaty no. #45 "The entry of nations into here be gnomes and the accommodations of the new people"
The land that has most land that is not under use and does not provide to much initial hardship, shall be given to the new nation.
The nation must accordingly follow the laws of the region and under no means attack native gnomes.
This is how Dinydriel and Damiel & Valanim got ther place as Lardqans and Larisian are the initial members.
