History of the Highlands of Pennsylvania
The Highlands of Pennsylvania were founded in late 2004 by a group of friends to roleplay their Nationstates.
Philosophy
Membership in the Highlands of Pennsylvania is not based on ideology. Instead, membership tends to be based on friendship and roleplaying. There are nations from many different ideologies.
