Sparking Revolution

Hwang Lian-sher has always been a revolutionary and devoted Communist (maoist) since early childhood. He was looked down upon the Nationalist government of Zhongnanhai who made multiple attempts to arrest him. All of which failed as he slipped away. He would announce the creation to a new communist superpower. During the early years of the revolution Hwang fought against the imperial dynasties of Zhongnanhai. Later the nationalists seized power and established a dictatorship in order the stop warlords. Hwang in fear of being killed during this time of chaos, left Zhongnanhai to study in foreign lands. When he found that the Communists were barely alive, after continued jailings from the Nationalist Dictatorship, he worked quickly to re-establish the Communist party and the Revolutionary army. During this time the Nationalists struggled to stop the growing Communists and pull the nation out of poverty. Despite economical advancements they kept moving into a stronger more corrupt Capitalist system which made the rich richer and had little to no effect on the poor peasantry which at the time made up almost 85% of Zhongnanhai's population. With massive support from the poor Hwang began to become leader of many revolutionary armies and eventually rose to Chairman of the communist party. His first action was to establish the poorest areas as almost an independent territory. Revolutionary republic of North-East Zhongnanhai was formed. The Nationalists did not reconize these provinces as a nation. However, their territory was later renamed The Republic of South-West Zhongnanhai. Soon the Nationalist asked the U.N for aid. The U.N in fear of communist take over sent extra supplies, equipment, and soldiers to help. The problem was the Nationalists had gotten very unpopular and with lack of support the citizens revolted and forced the U.N out of Zhongnanhai, even some of Fugui's(nationlist president) had started to think perhaps the path they were going was wrong (These ideas later formed the less extreme Democratic Socialist Part of Zhonganhai) they were later killed and jailed by the nationalists loyalists. Finally in early 2000, Chairman Hwang (Wang) rushed into a harsh a brutal war between north eastern and south western Zhongnanhai. In the People's republic it was known as the "morning glory liberation" as millions of soldiers, tanks, armored cars, and artillery pounded at the south western region. At this point both sides lost atleast 4 million people and billions of dollars worth of damage. By August 24 2004 the communists won the war. And in August 27, 2004 Chairman Hwang announced himself the Premier of the People's Republic of Zhongnanhai.

Reforms

During the First years of Communist take-over the communist government gave 48 hours for all nationalist loyalists to leave the country. Many did so others who stayed and protested were arrested. The reform took away land from the landlords and distributed it among the large peasant population. The result was a happy population producing decent amount of food. The problem was that the ZPP was unable to meet growth standards to compete with other superpowers that it found its self as an equal. The ambitious youths in the government launched a new campaign of Zhongnanhai Socialism. Which resulted in huge economical growth and allowed Hwang Lian-sher to launch another propaganda campaign "1 day of hard work, 10 days of food" This was an attempt to boast honesty level among the people and allow socialism to set in nicely within Zhongnanhai. Hwang Lian-sher's left leaning thinking has been charging Zhongnanhai to a socialist states as laws are passed to insure more civil rights among the people. Zhongnanhai has recently seen a strong economic growth and rising standards in Civil rights (government is struggling to give more because many things lower security in the country). Political freedoms however have been tightly controlled in the region.
