Hypocrian

Believed to by an amalgamation of the languages spoken by the different tribes united by the warrior chief Hypoc. By a strange coincidence Hypocrian, the language of the Imperial Autocracy of Hypocria, is almost identical to the language known as English. The only difference being that the accent is eerily similar to a nation known as Russia.
Which does have the effect of making the Autocracy’s inhabitants sound a little like Bond villains.
