The Imperial Information Exchange and Telecommunications Agency (Quenya, Istanyare Manca ar Avahairacentar Tyarë Valanieva, IMATYVA)is the main information and news agency of the Greater Tomania Empire. All information, news, communications, books, magazines, movies, television shows, and essays must first be are approved or denied under this agency. IMATYVA, is run by the Ministry of Propaganda and has regular news at six in the morning, noon, and six in the evening.

Aratur Cartagia, is the most famous news anchor in the agency and has appeared in many movies, televisions shows and magazine featurettes.
