This treaty is open for UN and non-UN nations.

The Treaty

I, acting under the government of a sovern nation,(hearby refered to as "my nation") hearby agree that my nation argees to abide by the following terms:

1b)My nation agrees to extradite criminals to the nation in which they commited the crime, assuming that that nation is a member of this pact.
2)My nation agrees to have a criminal extradited only if it("my nation") beleives that the nation requesting extradition has sufficient evidence to prosecute said criminal.
3)My nation agrees to procecute all extradited criminals with a faiir trial, moderated by an impartial judge, and that the verdict will be dicided by a jury of their peers.
4)My nation agrees that, in the event that the criminal is found guilty, he or she will not be tortured, nor be forced to commit suicide.
5)My nation will follow proper procedure in amending this pact, as outlined below.


Note in regard to UN resolution 103

UN resolution 103 allows a nation to refuse extradition if the punishment may include the death penalty. As such, we must allow UN Member nations to refuse extradition in the event that the person extradited may be punished by death. Below is an area where your nation may sign off it's UN Resolution 103 rights. You are not forced to sign this. Non-UN nations do not need to sign it, either.

Procedure

To amend this pact, please place the text for the ammendment in the discussion page, in the space provided. To vote on said ammendment, place your name in the "For" or "Against" section. After 1 month, voting stops and the votes are tallied. If the Ammedment has more than half of the votes, it passes. Minor grammatical changes need not be voted on, asuming that they are noted in the "Corrections" section of the talk page.
