The People's Congress is a new addition to the government of Ireland. It serves as a legislative body that every citizen nation of Ireland is a part of. If the legislation gains a 60% majority approval in the People's Congress, it is then forwarded to the Senate for review. The Senate is the only legislative body in Ireland that has the power to pass legislation.
