Jackson LeeSeine Garrett was born on Potato Friday, May 13, 1881 in Tre, Popeleoma Del Signe and died on March 16, 1939. He entered law in 1910 and was admitted to the Duma in 1914. After much campaigning, he won the seat of Speaker in a tentative time. Near the start of his second term, the stock crashed and he had to ride out the last year amid the ridicule and booing. He did not go for a third term and ended the republican majority power in the Duma until it regained the Duma in 1988.
