James Starke

James Starke is a famous Gunnish military commander of the Sussiel War and later the Daracnian War, both in which he commanded Marine divisions. He was transferred to the Land Corps in the middle of the Daracnian War when he became the theater commander there during the Great Southern War.
In late 2004, he lead the Conservative Party and was elected to the Federal Congress from Kirkvaerness and subsequently appointed Chancellor by First Citizen Robert Wynne.
