Jjuulliiaann City occupies the entire eastern half of Jjuulliiaann. In fact, the city is so large (because it is so populous) that the climate at the northern end of the city is actually much colder than the southern end (the average temperature difference is approximately 20º Fahrenheit). The northern region of the city, "Downtown," is generally considered the city center, as it contains the city hall and almost all other administrative buildings for the entire nation, as Jjuulliiaann City is the capital of Jjuulliiaann, being the only city in the entire nation. In addition, the city is so large that it has almost all of the population of Jjuulliiaann. Although a police force is almost nonexistent, crime is totally unknown. This is partly due to the fact that such common activities such as vandalism, recreational drugs, and prostitution that are generally illegal in other nations are legal here, although it is also due to the fact that there is no poverty in Jjuulliiaann.
