Guisue "Joshua" DiMarcos Rendel was born on April 22, 1852 in Royes, Popeleoma Del Signe and died on August 8, 1915. Most notably, he served as the speaker of the first Duma after it's previous dissolvement in 1900. As speaker, He sought reform in the Duma, but failed to do so.
