The Right Honourable Imperial Dr. Julian Sikaara, Paliamentary Representative (Born: March 21st 1954 in Valerin City) is the presiding Imperial Minister and leader of the the Valertinettean Justice Party. The leadership of the VJP is Julians' first major political position after his predecessor admitted to allegations of an affair. He was an instant hit with the public and in his words..."With us [the VJP] we as a country can go forward, with us you will have freedom!"
-
The people that do dislike him label him as a corporate menace who shouldn't be left in charge of a hamster let alone a country. This is because of his involvement with the telecom company ValNet.
-
Like his predecessor Julian has faced allegations about his private life, the latest one being that Dr. Sikaara will resign from the position of Imperial Minister and leader of the VJP so he can move with his family to his large estate on Ki Orka. Dr. Sikaara insists there is no truth in the rumours, but it looks more and more likely as the VJP slip in the Election Polls.
Early Life
Julian was a very quiet child, many believed this to be because of his fathers strict view on children being seen and not heard. If he did talk however, he would be paddled or hit with a belt. This led to him being taken away from his parents at the age of four.
In 1959 Julian entered Valerin Central Infant & Middle School where he met his lifelong friend Livora Dikejiinaka who would become the Chancellor in a few years time. When they finished middle school in 1966 they both went on to Central Valerin Upper School & College where Julian achieved 7 A+, 2 A and 1 B+ in his NCHEs (National Certificate of Higher Education) strangely however Julian decided not to go to college and took a break from full time education.
In 1969 Julian went to the National University of Valertinette and gained a docterate and a degree in medicine.
After education
Julian then went searching for his first major job and in 1970 was appointed as a junior doctor at the Valerin National VHA Hospital. He worked there till 1980 when he entered the big wide world of business. When his father died in 1979 he left his son 43% of the telecom company ValNet. Julian then bought 2% from the major shareholder which meant Julian was now the major shareholder and president of the company.
In 1986 Julian appointed a new president but kept his share (which he still owns) and moved onto politics.
