KC-SPAN

KC-SPAN is the acronymic title of the Keyshona Cable/Satellite Public Affairs Network. The television network features televised coverage of Government proceedigs and business in the Armed Socialist Federation of Keyshona. It also features a limited range of intellectual programming such as Book review show, an Art History programme and one educational cartoon seires for children.

Leadership and Budget

KC-SPAN is headed by its CEO and Chairman, Lukas Damiv. However, what it is allowed to film is decided by the Federation government. The leadership tree is as Follows

KC-SPAN operates on an annual programming and filming budget of 2 million United States Dollars. .5% of which is payed by Keyshona's tax payers. The Keyshona government considers this T.V. channel a public service to the people and they should pay for it, their decision to view the channel is theirs.
