Kampfers War Machine

This is truely the sleeping giant. When Kampfers is pressed into a full scale war, they awaken the Kampfers War Machine. This machine then conscripts 5% of the current population into active duty. They are then incorporated into the Kampfers Spec-Ops Army until the end of the war.
