Kelod is a smallish state mainly centered around the small peninsula to the north-west of Jeffgordonville.It is covered in resorts, mansions, and parks.The only large settlement of any kind is Shrub City.It is noted for it's pardiise-like beaches, arguably the best in Tundra.Here is a list of settlements and their populations:
