Kief James II of Hekloslogravia (Heklovain: Febólgozu Dakrrnugose II, Slogravian: Sotffa Neguscas II) (10 June-18 June, 2006). Claimed the throne from 18 June, until 11 August, 2006, when he gave up his claims.
In Fiction
In N. Pigeon's Imperial series of books, James is installed as Emperor James I of Dancing Bananland. He is really just the puppet of his brother, William.
