King Parzival XIV has reigned through the modern era, watching technological and economical development far outstrip human social advancements. The atomic bomb. Unrelenting fishing, farming, clear-cutting and strip mining. Global warming. How could world wars and genocide not be the natural result of the mania unleashed by such unrelenting change?
