Enigmatic billionaire, founder and owner of Draco Advanced Arms Corporation. Arctep's Past is largely unknown. What is known is that he was born in Lishtan and slew a Dragon in the Shelk-anat ritual when 16. This earned him exile on the triple charge of killing a protected species, participating in forbidden practices, and treason. For the next ten years he wandered the various regions, learning what he could about everything. When the current duke came to power in Lishtan, he pardoned a number of exiles, including Arctep. Arctep, using his great charisma, managed to aquire the funding to begin DAAC. After the company grew to be the largest in Lishtan, Arctep managed to secure the military contracts of every nation in Merthnonn. Aside from being CEO of DAAC, he also manages all military-related affair for Lishtan, and is the senior miltary consultant for Merthnonn. Arctep stand 6'1", with brown hair and green eyes. He is possed of an edetic memory and extreme charisma, and is currently on the Ducal Advisory Council.
