Kong Shui (Chinese: 孔水; Pinyin: Kǒng Shuǐ; Wade-Giles: K'ung Shui) is the current Chairman of the Democratic Solidarity Front, a militant group advocating the overthrow of the government of Nagaraku Ryouta and the establishment of a democratic government. A hardened guerilla leader, since his taking control of the group in 1989, Kong has seen his organization make the transition from militant resistance group to participant in the 1993-1998 democratic government back to militant resistance group post-1998. Recently, Kong has declared a ceasefire with the Tejano government, and the areas of DSF control are now limited to their current enclaves on the Tejano mainland, along with Võ City in the Dallas Exclave. He currently resides with his wife in the main DSF enclave of San Ismael.
