Kraven Weapons of Mass Destruction Doctrine

The Kraven doctrine of WMD's used against Kraven formations, Territory, Cities or Military installation is to respond in FULL with an absolute Nuclear Retaliation, Nuclear Arsenals are deployed over five days, in what Kraven Refers to as Nuclear Cleansing.

The Doctrine exists in five stages or Phases, these are listed and detailed below:

Stage One of Five:

Initial target data is collected and confirmed, Nuclear Stockpiles target military targets and the offending nations ability to counter strike, primary phase is a Tactical Strike.

In usual cases there are around 120 Nuclear weapons launched from Tactical underground Bunkers, with at least two Gigaton Warheads being used against the Capital City of the offending nation.

Stage Two of five:

Tactical Response during this phase is designed to cripple the nations infrastructure, Strategic Nuclear weaponry being employed against Docks, Coastal cities, rail networks, hospitals and several cities, during the Kraven Nuclear Cleansing Operation, this is where the majority of missile strikes will happen, and the majority of the Kraven Stock Pile will be used up, damage and loss of life during this phase can be the most extreme, often cities will be hit several times with multiple warheads.

Stage Three and four of Five:

Stage three and four are often deployed together and at the same time, any fleets out to sea and in international waters or the territorial waters of said nation will be struck by a number of strategic warheads, crippleing their ability to launch a counter offensive with ground troops or respond with a Cruise Missile strike against Kraven Infrastructure, Stage four is the final deployement of Nuclear weaponry, where by any remaining city or historical momuments are leveled.

Stage Five of Five:

The remainder of strategic weapons set aside for this Offensive strike will be used during this phase and often will be launched indiscriminatly against targets across the offending nation, cities already struck will be hit again, while ones that had escaped the initial bombardment will also be struck, during this time, farmlands, grass lands, forests and other natural areas will be targeted, while at the same time, Orbital Satellite arrays will actively search for under ground bunkers, flagging possible areas and ear marking them a bunker buster strike, one the data from the Satellites has been collected, multiple Bunker Busting ICBM's are launched to ensure that any surviving members of the offending nation have been eliminated.

Risks and Concerns:

MAD, Or Mulutally assured Destruction, I.E. the destruction of both nations in Nuclear Holocaust, the problem that faces all nations in the strategic deployment of Nuclear Weaponry, this however is an acceptable risk during The Supreme States current position, with the nation of Axis Nova's Satellite Defensive network, the Supreme State is quite capabable of launching Strategic Nuclear weaponry and only suffering minimal losses from the offending nations Nuclear Counterstrike.
