Landlocked country

A landlocked country is a country that has no coastline or direct access to the seas and oceans of NationStates. Although due to the nature of the multiverse, a nation is considered landlocked only its own reality if it does not have an ocean coastline. Traditionally it is considered something of a disadvantage for a nation to be landlocked, but there are also some advantages to not having to defend a coastline.
