The League of Empirical Loyalists was created by Communist Mississippi in the early summer of 2004, for imperialist, empirical, or other nations with empires that possesed colonies to band together, to protect their interests. It fell apart, in the late summer, when Sevaris and Kahta were kicked out for not sending troops to the aid of a member. The LOEL forums are run by a now DOS player.
