God-Emperor of Sachar Nabai (SN)

Lord Leto was not born into power, he took over power. When Leto was young and pure he had a vision, a vision of the future of SN. He saw the collapse of his Nation, and he was infuriated. He spent the remander of his childhood and teen years studying political science and religion. He found a way to bring about a turning of future. He travelled his land until he came upon the great sandworm cave. He approached the corral of sand trout and emerged his hand in them, fusing his skin with theirs, he then became something other than human. He desroyed the current leader and then started to begin the nations changing.

He now lives in Sareer, the capital city of SN. It house a grand library that now only contained the writing of Leto. Sareer also was a place of control and every citizen must attend a church of Leto. Sareer also had small organization, stores, black markets, and the most beautiful building ever built, the Grand Citadel.

Leto held his people on a tight leash, there were hardly any freedoms left, but it was nessesary for Leto's Peace to maintain. Leto knew the people thought him to be a tyrant, but if they only knew what Leto had seen, they would gladly accept the now.
