LiLiEL was created in an unknown year. It recently made Aouridopolus it's headquarters despite opposition from CorporaPolitik. While it is defined as a corporation, it's true purpose remains unknown.

The hierarchy of command in LiLiEL is broken up into three groups: 'Patents', 'Sages', and 'Laws'.
Patents
The leaders of LiLiEL are known as Patents. There are 6 at all times. The original 6 Patents are actually the inventors of the LiLiTH Generator around which LiLiEL was built.
Sages
The sub-leaders of LiLiEL. There are 13 at all times.
Laws
The employee supervisors of LiLiEL. There are 78 at all times.
