General Description
Libertarianism is, in general, a political philosophy that emphasizes individual rights and the exercise of free will.
Libertarianism in NationStates
Within the context of NationStates, individual rights are presented along three axes: personal rights, economic rights, and political rights (see also: UN Categories). The level of rights presented along each axis can be "authoritarian," "centrist," or "libertarian" in nature. Allowing the maximum level of rights or freedom along an axis is characterized as being "libertarian."
