Ligonza is the major city of northern Promethius Prime, it is placed on top of the tallest of a group of foothills, called the Ligonians, and commands an excellent view of the surrounding area.
It first really came to the fore when it was surrendered by the promethiun Rebels to Federal Trodenhiem at the end of the 1st Promethiun War.
