This is a list of Primes of The Mindset. The term "Prime" is used by The Mindset to denote the Head of State, who resides in the Office of the Prime. Although also theoretically Head of Government, the Prime usually delegates tasks of local legislation to the Mindsetti Senate. This title is granted exclusive use in Mindsetti society -- so-called "anti-Primes" are illegal by law. The full title of the Prime is in fact Supreme Commander of The Empire, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Successor of Brett Dorrans, Sovereign of The Mindset, King of Orkney, Supreme Ruler of Mindsetti Scotland, King of The Outlying Territories, Glorious Star of Life, Giver of Life, Bringer of Death, Keeper of the Law, Servant of the Servants of Fate and Prime Citizen.

| 2048-2050 | Prime David Smith | Seizes power after the abrupt death of the previous Prime. Negotiated an unconditional surrender with enemy forces. Was forcefully removed from office. |
| 2050-2060 | Prime Privar Dando I | Performs a military coup in order to rid the Office of the Prime of Prime David Smith. Installs himself as his successor, and promptly leads The Mindset to victory. |
| 2050-2071 | Prime Privar Dando II | Obtained his office from his father. Invited the Scottish President, Alfred Spoon, to a private meeting to discuss cease fire terms. Instead, Prime Privar Dando II executed the enemy leader. |
| 2071-2087 | Prime Terk Sabort | The first pacifist Prime, one of his first acts after being instated was to grant independance to Socialist Scotland. |
| 2087-2096 | Prime Sammo D'Agre | Waged the Mindsetti Royal War against King Galahad. |
