Lord Elessar is a Captain of the Undertakers_Ministry. He falls just below the Emperor, Mithrandir. Long before he rose to power, Elessar received a gift my a hooded man. It was a ring, upon which there was a green stone; the elf-stone. He is dubbed Elessar because elessar is the elvish form of elf-stone, which he bore. It is said that the bearer of that ring, only in the correct blood line, can heal all whom he touches. Elessar has also gone by the name Renewer. The photo above was taken at a council with Mithrandir (not in photo) Elessar is in the center.

Lord Elessar is also known to the peasants as Renewer. He obtained this name because of his ability to heal all which is hurt or ruined.
