Luna Vista is the 2nd most populated district of the 5 Éclisianese districts. It is called Luna Vista because the Moon Goddess in the ancient Éclisianese religion was said to come down to the a small town in the north when called upon. The District MP is the male Martin Gileaux of the Liberal Socalist party. The population of the district is 2 300 000 at present with 1 200 000 of those living in the district capital.
